# Deposit Flows

**Deposit Caps**\
loopedETH enforces a capped deposit limit to support controlled growth while maintaining security and optimal yield efficiency. In the first phase, deposits are limited to **5,000 ETH**, ensuring a stable and sustainable scaling process.

**Withdrawals**\
Withdrawals follow a **1-3-day period**, allowing for a smooth unwinding of LETH positions without incurring slippage. Instant withdrawals may be introduced in the future for a small fee, providing more flexibility for users.
